Each local agent and van line is selected on a move-by-move basis through our proprietary database of top performing vendors, providing you with the best service possible, and eliminating the likelihood of a breakdown in communication.
Guaranteed Service
TRC understands the sense of displacement that can occur when being forced to live without your belongings, so we give special consideration to pick-up and delivery requirements. On full households, we provide guaranteed loading of your belongings by our handpicked crews, and guaranteed delivery, all backed by a $100 per day delay penalty.
On all relocations, a post-move follow-up survey is performed to ensure that prompt professional service has been delivered throughout the entire process. This survey also enables us to thoroughly evaluate our vendors on a day-to-day basis.
