We are actively seeking to fill the position of Client Service Coordinator in order to better support our company’s growth. This position will work closely with other team members to service our clients. Job responsibilities include customer service and administrative duties as well as some marketing activities.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist with Operations and Customer Service
- Process new initiations and provide service support
- Coordinate an array of service offerings for multiple clients
- Update client records in CRM
- Maintain client files
Client Communications
- Communication to various levels of client management
- Communication with service vendors
- Communication with transferring employees for our clients
Assist with Business Development & Marketing
- Promote TRC services to clients via phone and email
- Social Media Marketing
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Thorough knowledge of MS Office Suite and CRM systems, phone systems and other office equipment
- Social media marketing experience a plus
- Real estate experience a plus, but not required
- Must be organized, punctual and dependable

As the Billing Clerk at the Relocation Center, you'll be responsible for all corporate and individual billing. You'll need to be able to calculate customer charges, ensure correctness of vendor charges, prepare and mail invoices, and enter appropriate information into the accounting system.
You'll also prepare monthly billing report for management, complete data entry to estimate monthly profits, aide customers with billing questions and/or disputes, and aide accounting manager with collection issues. Both written and oral communication skills are necessary and you must be self-motivated, timely and detail oriented. Proficiency in Word, Excel and Microsoft Outlook is a must and experience with Quickbooks a plus. Business classes and/or work related experience a plus.
