The Relocation Center provides your employee a comprehensive welcome packet. This informative welcome packet is filled with abundant information as well as a city map. The Relocation Center can also provide a cost of living analysis with the welcome packet. There is no charge for the welcome packet and it includes:

• Real Estate Guide
• Newcomer’s Guide
• Recreation & Sporting Events Information
All orientations include a pre-arrival questionnaire to target the employee and family needs, a welcome kit, accompaniment to social security office, explanation of driver’s license process, and personal orientation with me consultant.
Orientation includes a meeting with the consultant at the employee’s convenience to prioritize a time line to meet objectives. The counselor will define community districts and residential areas, go over school information packets, provide banking and insurance information and processes, and provide details on shopping for food, household items and more. In addition, recreation and leisure information such as clubs and organizations, community activities, parks, and cultural and sporting events are discussed in length.
The two-day accompanied program includes everything that the one-day program includes and also accompaniment to the drivers license office, assistance in finding a drivers education school, introduction to realtor and attendance on first outing if requested. Also included is a one-year subscription to “Newcomers Almanac” for international relocations. The “Newcomers Almanac” includes unique and practical articles on American Culture. On domestic relocations an annual subscription to a city or state magazine is provided.
The five-day orientation includes everything in the one- and two-day orientation and also “Home Finding Assistance Plus™”, follow-up support, and research. Home finding assistance comprises of the counselor assisting in locating temporary living if necessary, counselor following up with realtor after each outing, utility assistance, procedures and phone numbers to call. This is supplemental to our normal real estate assistance. Research is conducted on the employees unique concerns and needs. Referrals are provided to the employee that addresses their unique needs.
